Congratulations! The World Chinese Arts Education Association (WCAEA) and Association of Cultural Offices in Philippine Educational Institutions, Inc. (ACOPEI) have formed sister-alliances on August 14th, 2019. This is the third alliance of the WCAEA after the Turkey National Visual Art Education Association (GÖRSED) and the Social Aesthetic Education Alliance.
Dr. Yichien Cooper, the president of WCAEA, expressed her gratitude to all the members, secretaries, and volunteers of the WCAEA for their support, time, and effort.
The increasing international recognition of the WCAEA is the result of our collective efforts. I would like to thank all the members, secretaries, and countless volunteers of the association for their efforts and encouragement. The World Chinese Arts Education Association and the Association of Cultural Offices in Philippine Educational Institutions, Inc. will work together to promote arts education and establish active exchanges and research opportunities for Chinese arts education in Southeast Asia.
This sister-alliance is formed to promote mutual enrichment in art, culture, education, research, teaching and practice. Together, we commit to:
