This July 12, The World Chinese Arts Education Association (WCAEA) will give a panel presentation at the 2019 InSEA World Congress at UBC in Vancouver, Canada. This is the first time all presenters are current WCAEA members; and as a team of WCAEA representatives, we are Moving Forward and Coming Together, talking about A World Chinese Arts Education Association Experience at an international conference. For those who are interested in finding collaboration opportunities and building partnerships with WCAEA, you have the opportunity to not only learn about our association but receive information about China Social Art Education Alliance, Turkey Visual Arts Education Association (GÖRSED), and The International Society for Education through Art (InSEA).
In this panel presentation, you can learn about Chinese arts education from local and global perspectives. Our panel presenters and invited guest speakers are from multiple countries such as mainland China, Taiwan, Turkey, Portugal, Canada, and the United States. They are a group of professors, scholars and Ph.D. candidates from various institutes such as Nanjing Normal University, China Central Academy of Fine Arts, Elson International Art Education, National Academy for Educational Research, Turkey Visual Arts Education Association (GÖRSED), Portuguese Association of Visual Communication Teachers ( APECV), Washington State University Tri-Cities, and the Pennsylvania State University (University Park).
At the end of the panel, we will welcome everyone to participate in the Eighth World Chinese Arts Education Symposium in Beijing, 2020. You can learn about the details of the conference such as topics, themes, call for papers during Q&A session. Please come join us for a wonderful time on July 12, 4 – 5 pm, at Room SS-407.

第36届国际艺术教育协会世界大会（InSEA）将于2019年7月9日至13日在美丽的加拿大温哥华不列颠哥伦比亚大学举行。世界华人美术教育协会（WCAEA，“世华”）将会在7月12日在分论坛发表主题演讲：“携手前行：世界华人美术教育协会的经验分享”。此次演讲嘉宾都是“世华”的现任会员，也是首次以协会代表团的身份参加InSEA的世界大会。这次演讲也有来自其他机构的特邀嘉宾，如果您有兴趣寻找合作机会或者愿意与“世华”建立伙伴关系，那么在这次分论坛中，您将不仅有机会深入了解“世华”，还可以获得关于中国社会美育联盟、土耳其美术教育协会(GÖRSED)、国际艺术教育学会(InSEA)、绘尔森国际美术教育，以及世界大会等相关资讯。
此次的演讲和特邀嘉宾都来自不同国家和地区，也任职于不同的高校和机构，如：南京师范大学、中央美术学院、国家教育研究院、土耳其美术教育协会、葡萄牙视觉传达教师协会(APECV)、华盛顿州立大学三镇分校、宾夕法尼亚州立大学帕克分校等。他们都是教授、研究生，以及具有丰富教育实践和研究经验的学者，可以帮助您从多个视角全方位地了解华人艺术教育的发展。
